"The customer service was mediocre. The cashiers were switching drawers, which is fine. However, after that took place, there was still a delay in service. No one to address or speak to the customers. But, my food was fresh. That was the only thing that kept me from rating them 1. The customer service in all of these restaurants is what's missing."

"The appearance of this store makes you doubt it is open or closed. The parking lot is always empty, and it is easy to believe there are not even employees working from the road site. The slow-selling drive to short-staff all the time gives you a bad experience."

"I worked and BK for many years and have to tell you that this is the best BK I have ever been to! BUT, no napkins?? Burgers are messy, I know you are trying to save but at least one! On the positive side, burger was perfectly crafted and fries were off the fryer!!! Very good service via drive thru too! I recommend this location, but ask for napkins!"
