"I get in line at 8:20pm through the drive thru, wait for 15 mins and when I finally get to the window they say they are no longer taking orders and the lobby was closed. If drive thru closes at 2am why can I not be serviced at 8:35? So I laugh and the employee has the audacity to say "why are you laughing?" Get it together fr..."

"Pulled in to the drive thru around 11:15pm. There were 3 other cars in front of us who all got to the speaker and moved on to the window fairly quickly. We moved up to the window right behind the other cars, and were immediately told "I'm sorry we can't take orders right now""

"I must say that several times I've came here there's one specific employee whose just so RUDE!!! She really needs to be given a customer service refresher course because honey you lack in every aspect & maybe customer service just isn't for you... Needles to say there's NEVER coffee (a fresh pot should be always brewing) And on other occasions my husband has gone there @7AM when it states they open @6AM and there's always 2 cars there but he's sat in Drive through beeping and no one ever attended him. I would advise they get some REAL TM's in there to oversee these employees performance!!!"

"They closed the doors to the dining room at 9:30pm with people still inside but the sign says the dining room is open until 10pm. Last time I checked 9:30pm was not 10pm. Went on drive through and asked for ketchup for the fries and the ketchup was sticky and gross. How do you pick up a handful of ketchup and not notice that it's sticky?"
