Wendy's

"I live within 5 minutes of this location and have tried SEVERAL times to give this place a chance but I will forever choose to drive to any Wendy's location other than this one from now on. Service is absolutely WORST I've almost ever seen and I worked in food service for almost 20 years. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches on the app for a quick mobile order pick up. Get there, go to drive thru and say I've got a mobile order (and I only mobile ordered bc last few times I just pulled up and tried to order in drive thru something was always broken or they were out of it). She tells me pull up to the window, after waiting a few minutes she says park and they'll bring it to me. I sit there and watch 3 other cars come and go with their orders in drive thru while I'm waiting on my two pre paid Sandwiches from 20 minutes ago. I see two employees playing football in the back parking lot. Another car comes thru drive thru, I roll down my window and look at the window to see if I have been forgotten and lady yells across the parking lot from the window at me that my order is coming. Another five minutes later the employee that was playing football in the parking lot came and brought my two sandwiches I waited almost 25 minutes for! This location needs all new staff and or management it seems! Worst location ever!!!! Food was fine, no problems once I finally got it but this location seems to consistently have horrible staff and customer service issues. I will go somewhere else from now on for Wendy's. Any location better than there."

"If I could give a -5 I would. I went for breakfast this morning and the cashier was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. When a customer service agent is going to argue with me tell me she’s going to match my energy and behind her managers back telling me bye Felicia. There is a problem. She refuses to m take correction regarding nasty attitude. There is a problem. I will never go back to that Wendy’s! I told them keep the food."

"This was a horrible experience. My mother and I drove up to the drive thru speaker and there was an employee changing the signs to lunch being that it was about 10:29 a.m . The young male worker that was outside changing the signs proceeded to check the time which was about 10;29 am and questioned if my mother and I would like breakfast or lunch being that it was not actually 10:30 am yet which we thought was very generous. He actually switched all the signs back to breakfast menu so we could select from the correct menu and I proceeded with my breakfast order, the women on the speaker continued to insist they are no longer doing breakfast and I advised of the conversation I was having with the worker outside . The young male worker went inside to explain to the women on the speaker that we could proceed with our breakfast order . Once he came back out we had to repeat our order about 3 times and she said again that it was only breakfast before someone else interrupted and told us to continue with our breakfast selection. The workers completed our order and we of course paid and were asked to pull up from the window and wait for our food. After waiting for about 10 mins , a worker came out with my food that was missing fries. We pulled around to advice we didn’t get any fries for either order. The women at the Window tried to tell my mom we did get our fries and then asked for our bag and said how aggravated she was that we wanted food we paid for. Then gave us one batch of lunch French fries and one order of French fries mixed with potato wedges……. Annoying. After getting home I’m eating my #7 sandwich the backnator and came across a piece of plastic in my burger . Just disgusting. Pictures attached. Good day ….."

"If Dave Thomas was alive everybody in the night would be terminated. This location is dirty, smells bad and the workers can't fix burgers properly as you can see in this picture. I threw the burger on because I'm scared to eat it. I ordered nuggets and they were cold. Furthermore they couldn't handle the three cars in the drive thru. One worker couldn't stay of his cellphone. They are lucky I was the owner because he or she needs to come in on some covet boss type deal and see it from themselves. The ENTIRE shift gone. There was no ice in the machine and flies and knats were flying out of the machine. And the were no lids. The ketchup patch had old ketchup on them which tells me they don't clean up properly. Don't eat from here."

"On a Friday evening, my wife and I were both craving fries and nuggets. Since there was a Wendy's nearby, we decided to go through the drive-thru. The line was short, so we quickly got to the order window and ordered french fries and chicken nuggets. At the next window, we paid for our order and soon received it. The order we received was hot and delicious. Both the fries and nuggets were satisfying and met my wife's cravings."
