"I will never come to this place, I order, the guy took my order put the order paper to the side and took the next person behind me and I was still waiting, then when I went to pay they inform me they don’t take a $50 bill, so I cancel imy order and walk out. And they didn’t even welcome us in."

"I bought a steak and cheese with fried onions and American cheese. It was delicious. The young lady who waited on me was professional and courteous. The place was clean and not busy. It was a good experience for me."

"For my first visit it was surprisingly good. Thatcher was great. Answered my questions and was super helpful and accommodating. Dining room was clean, nothing fancy. Food was good, might have rated a little higher but I had bits of jalapeño in my sandwich which wasn't ordered and I don't like. I'm assuming it was from a shared cutting board or maybe spilled in to a container. Will definitely go back again."

"Incredibly nice staff. There was an error with the last order, and the manager put my name into the system, so when I came the next time I had a free giant sub waiting for me. That's good business. They have something for everybody, except no spinach. Which I don't like anyways but annoyed someone in my party. They're always kind, friendly, say hello at the door, and as you can see by the employee filling the shelf, she was doing so with a big smile on her face, and conversing with me the whole time. Good food. Good people, and a new portobello sub for you herbivores. But don't worry carnivores, you will leave full of meat. Perfect place for omnivores as well. Just plain good people, making a good product, with smiles on their faces."

"Ordered the Original Italian Mike's way. Personally I feel JM's had the best subs for any chain restaurant and as usual they did not disappoint. Everything was perfect. The bread was fresh and soft, the meat was great and delicious, and their "juice", it just completes the sandwich."
