"The food at this place is horrible. Nothing I ordered was the same as I remembered. The Crunchwrap was so flat like a McDonald’s pancake. They don’t give you sauce or napkins."

"We ordered through the drive thru. We had to repeat our order 3 times. Whoever was at the drive thru was laughing with his coworkers. Was very rude. They did not make any of our food correctly and put ingredients we don't like. Yelled when we were trying to ask for another item because they were in a hurry. Didn't give a receipt $26 down the drain. There's a time to gossip and a time to work..."

"The store says they open at 7. I arrived at 6:59, drove around, and read their opening sign. After that I waited in the drive through window for opening. A couple minutes later a gentleman came on the intercom and said 'cant you see our lights aren't on? We aren't open yet'. I told them that I was sorry but drove around and saw they opened at 7. They continued to argue with me and laugh at me because I arrived without all the lights being on. They told me their system was down and there was nothing they could do about it. It was incredibly rude. All they had to do was come on the intercom and say "sorry. Our system is down. We aren't able to open until it's fixed'. There's no reason to belittle a customer because they arrived during opening hours and expected the place to be open."

"I ordered through uber. Most of the food was cold, didn't receive the cheese sauce that should come with fries. The rice bowl was very empty looking, the bottom part of the bowl was folded inward so it looks fuller but there was very little food. I selected "No cheese" in bowl and there was cheese on the bottom. Rice bowls of the same price in other stores are much bigger portions. Won't be ordering from here again. But it tasted good and they sent plastic utensils so that's a plus. Fiesta Burrito for $2 something is worth to buy."

"This place is notorious for giving you something kind of similar to what you ordered. If you’re lucky, you might be able to find a nacho cheese sauce cup that they filled more than 1/3 of the way or a tiny sliver of meat buried at the bottom of their lettuce tacos. No matter what they hand you, you will be disappointed. If a building could speak, this one would say “I hate feeding people”."
