Our Spring Tasting Menu offers a revamped format with more plates and opportunities for culinary exploration. Those with dietary restrictions or allergies can request a modified tasting menu by submitting a form at least four days prior to their reservation date. Unfortunately, night-of requests cannot be accommodated due to our small kitchen.
Rooster & the Till is the perfect destination for celebrations and milestones, offering tailor-made dinner experiences for groups of 25 or less during service hours. We also cater to larger parties with full space buyouts for sit-down dinners or cocktail hour-style parties.

The latest tasting menu, though a bit heavy, showcased standout dishes. I particularly enjoyed the octopus course, complemented by a refreshing touch of squid ink that prevented palate fatigue. However, the sequencing of placing pork belly before wagyu seemed impractical, as it led to a richness overload, affecting the wagyu's texture. Nonetheless, each course individually was impressive."
