"Food is insanely overpriced and absolutely DISGUSTINNNGGGG!!! I was expecting it to at least be McDonald's quality but ugh. Paid $26+ for a burger and lemonade. The lemonade tasted like watered down sugar water with a couple drops of lemon in it and the burger's bread was stale, cracked and cold. The cheese looked like it was just thrown on and nowhere near melted. The bacon was so stale it as if it was in a food dehydrator and idek WTH the they used for the "burger meat" bc it dvmned sure WASN'T BEEF!!! And to top it off the food was room temperature altho we were waiting in line for 25+ minutes!!. I took one bite and one sip and requested a full refund. Oughta be ashamed!!"
"Took a hour to get through the line. They kept running out of fries and that causes the line to stop. The lady working the food area was real nice. I felt bad for her because she was being hung out to dry by the systems in place. Also there is not enough seating for the volume of people going through."
"We used the dine all day deal and it was well worth it! Their portions were a good size, very filling. Their food choices were good as well. If you are at Busch Gardens we recommend you checkout their food."
"We ordered the 2 sandwiches with sides and drinks for $38, which I felt was pretty reasonable for a theme park. The fries were good. The sandwich, however, was disgusting. Now, I am not expecting top quality chicken sandwiches from a theme park, but I do expect something that seems relatively fresh. It had clearly been sitting for many hours over the hold time. The chicken was incredibly dry and tasted like canned chicken. Overall, not an ideal experience."
"Had all day dining and this was the first place we tried. It wasn’t overly crowded however the line moved so slowly. Waited in line for 45 minutes. A cafe with such a limited menu should be able to serve faster than McDonald’s. The facility is designed to handle a much bigger crowd efficiently. It is mismanage/understaffed."
