"Let me start by saying Ihop is my favorite restaurant to eat breakfast. I would usually visit the location on Morris Bridge but this particular morning on February 2 the day after my Birthday I decided to try this location. The biggest mistake of my life it was a total of 2 parties there it took an hour to get my food and when it did arrive it was horrible photos attached. I explained to The waitress Rachael Reid whom was very rude that I order the steak tip breakfast all frequently and I know for a fact I shouldn’t have more onions than meat! She asked me did I want her manager to apply a discount I responded and told her I want what what I paid for. I then asked her if she mind going to get her Manager as she walked away angrily and murmuring she then went over to the kitchen to speak with Betty (such a sweet lady) whom I thought was her manager but was not and Betty stated this on video. Speaking of video when I pulled my phone out Rachael immediately got loud and ask me to leave or she would call the police because I was being belligerent and I must be drunk or high. This was very insulting and embarrassing as I actually had just woke up from bed to grab breakfast at my favorite restaurant. I have all of this on video, even Betty telling her to stop lying about her being her manager. This was the worse experience of my life and I will never, ever return please train your staff to be more respectful to customers. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT GOING TO THIS LOCATION ESPECIALLY OVERNIGHT OR EARLY MORNING"

"Michael is an excellent Nighttime server at this. I hop he really went above and beyond. To make our dinner more enjoyable. Even through some tough circumstances, he is really one of the best servers. I've come across to and deserves the best activate. I can offer at this time. There's particular ihop was extremely clean. Whale managed very organized but sadly out of ice cream. Which was the primary thing that I won. Therefore, however, they get their best to help out and work around. Share shortage I highly recommend this place. Please do stop in and see michael if you can"

"We had an amazing waiter when we came in late on Sunday evening. There were a couple things that needed to be fixed with our food but he took care of it immediately. They were training a new person and it came back just as it should be. The restaurant was very clean and the environment was comfortable and very spacious. Exactly what we needed before we got back on the road. Sometimes things might get missed on an order, but we can also be patient and help the kitchen staff learn from those mistakes. Therefore, I still give them a great score because they deserve it."

"Great place for breakfast! We were greeted and served by Amy, who was very pleasant and efficient. We requested out-of-the-way seating and were easily accommodated. The omelet and smokehouse breakfasts we had were delicious and perfectly done. Just another great experience here - highly recommend! Update: Went there again recently and they have an expanded breakfast menu! We got the breakfast sandwich and hash browns, as well as an eggs/grits/bacon/biscuit plate. Everything was great! The biscuits are huge and fluffy, the hash browns are browned just right, the bacon was crispy, and the grits were perfect. And we really enjoy their coffee. The prices are very reasonable. And once again, a shout out to our server Amy, who was very cheerful and attentive!"
