"BECAREFUL... ASK FOR A RECEIPT. 1. PRICES ARE *NOT* THE SAME AS THE ONES IN THE MENU. (Ask for your Bill BEFORE paying it, compare it to the menu) 2. THEY CHARGE 15% ADDITIONAL WITHOUT TELLING YOU. The excuse: "we charge this amount for bills over $20" (this is ilegal) 3. THEY DON'T GIVE YOU A RESTAURANT BILL (cuenta). I MANAGED TO GET ONE AFTER I PAID. (Posted here) This is a shaddy and even ilegal practice. It is very unfortunate."

"Food is fantastic but the restaurant policies are stupid. We order online to eat at the restaurant. We got there and the server said to us that we could not eat the food there because we order to go. Raining outside, we had no problem with order more drinks or foods and the waiter kept telling us that he’s bosses and policy did not allow us to eat inside since we order to go. **MANAGEMENT** please remove this ridiculous policy, this causes clients to snap at your staff for no reason! This is shameful."

"Decent food at best. But the thing that stood out to me was the service, It was horrible they took forever to make a simple bandeja paisa and took forever to get drinks and plates out. Had to get up and ask for my own fork(waited 10 minutes for the waitress to come back before that) due to another customers table being too close and knocking it over."

"If I could rate it negatively I would, the service was horrible, we ordered drinks and it came 30 minutes late, water costs 3.60… la picaña and monster salchipapa took an hour to make, and there was hair on the food. We received food that we did not ordered, and got dirty looks from it for not wanting it. I ordered two sides and both came out wrong, and my order of morzilla came out as regular sausage, not even cooked…. I think the place is cute but I would not come back for either food or service, my order ended up being 58 dollars in total for not even quantity or quality of."
