"Attempted to dine and however I never received my food. Simple breakfast of pancakes, eggs, hash browns and grits for 2 people. After 20 minutes or so after inquiring about our meal we were told that the grits take longer. Never had a manager or shift lead even come by. Will not be back to this location. Waste of time."

"Such a nice visit recently when we were in Tampa for a Dr appt. Our server was kind and efficient and absolutely adorable! Her name is Raven and she's really just a ray of sunshine. I'd totally recommend others to come to this location. I hope you appreciate what you have with her as your employee."

"It was pretty hot and the atmosphere was a bit ghetto but fine. I never tried the food here because when I sat down, I noticed that there were ants in the syrup, so when I saw that I immediately left. I would recommend not going here because of the ants."

"Got seated right away, kind of tucked away in a back corner by the bathrooms. No one came to take our drink order until I got up and asked who is serving us. I only got up because other people who came after us were getting taken care of already so I thought no one knew we were even there. It wasn't a big deal until we got our food. BLT, on the menu says it comes with mayo and it didn't. My salad said it came with avocados, no avocados. Waited around for server to come back but never did until we gave up and started eating anyway. Then when confronted about what our food didn't have she tells us that the BLT doesn't come with mayo and my salad doesn't come with avocados, even though it said it on the menu and was pictured lol. Manager was very nice and tried to accommodate us for NEXT time but I don't think there will be a next time. We used to come here for breakfast all the time and it was great but it's all gone downhill now."

"Ihop has updated their menu and now offer more gluten free/vegetarian options. This is very exciting! My family dined at this location for breakfast. The food was so fresh and tasty. I had the veggie pesto Benedict. Highly recommend it. Nancy’s service was great. She served us right away and was very kind. Thank you, Nancy for kicking off our weekend strong!"
