"I have no problem with the actual testing or obtaining results. My physician sent the specimen to the lab and the results were posted to my account in a timely manner. The problem is trying to pay the bill. It shouldn’t be this difficult (impossible) to pay through the app or website. I wanted to use my HSA Visa. I attempted to pay immediately upon seeing I had a balance. Neither the desktop nor mobile site would allow any payment other than a bank check and wanted my account and routing number. The option for CC and PayPal were choices, but when selected neither would change the requested information from routing number and bank account number. Choosing PayPal caused an infinity loop that times out. I complained and the reply email said I would have to call and pay by phone. A few weeks later I received a “Due Upon Receipt” bill in the mail. It stated they accepted credit cards but there was nowhere to write that information on the return receipt. Again, I went to the desktop site AND the mobile site and attempted to pay my bill. Same problems. I ended up writing the card number on the back of the bill in the only available space—address correction line and mailed it back. I don’t want to call and I don’t want to give my bank info. Make it easier for me to pay you."
