"I have had 15 major surgeries,died 5 times,and spent more time in a hospital than I like;so as a result I have a phobia of needles and tend to blackout when the digging begins! I am always uneasy when I know that I am about to have to endure another blood work-up because I am NOT EASY to get blood from-rolling veins,small veins,and anxiety,and with my past experience with another Lab(corp)this left me with some anger issues as well as apprehension when going to get my work done. Today was my first visit to Quest at 13529 Beach,and I was impressed with how efficient everyone was and the general demeanor of everyone that I saw as I sat in the waiting room. When my appointment time arrived I,was called in to confirm all of the information,and was again impressed with the young lady that helped me! After everything was completed,I asked for "Kay" due to one of the reviews that I read,and I was able to see her within minutes. The review was right ! Kay is Awesome-but due to me being a DIFFICULT draw,I met Osbel,and Nunu (Sorry if I spelled her name wrong!) who were also AWESOME! Although the encounter was another one that was not an easy in and out-I was completely impressed with everyone that worked there! I know where I am going when I need to have my testing done-13529 Beach Blvd. Suite 301! 5 Stars! Thank You for making an uncomfortable event Not so Bad!! God Bless ALL of you!"

"I wonder where you do claims for this people, i give them personally an sperm count ordered from doctor and they even called me back to lmk they messed up , the doctor office told me they drop the sperm out of the cup and every time this type of office do something wrong you never can claim and report and the only thing in what they are good is to put your info wrong and send you to collection because nobody could found you and no bills arrived to your home NEVER. That is the only thing they do perfect."

"It has been few years since I had a visit at a lab but geez, the reviews were horrible so I was ready for whatever that came my way at this visit. I can with no appointment but didn’t wait too long before going to the back where they processed my info and drew blood for the lab work. Everyone at the facility were professional and my visit was great! The young man who drew my blood did a great job and my arms barely sore. Don’t be scared of the bad reviews in this place!"
