"Worst experience ever with Quest. Very unprofessional. We arrived at 7:45am checked in and waiting in the lobby. At 9:20am the staff member walks out and announced that they will not be able to accept walk-ins. After we sat there waiting almost 2 hours.. If they know they are overbooked or running behind schedule, they should place a sign stating that they can not take walk-ins. Very unprofessional.. Worst service ever."

"Where do I start? This assembly line that Quest has put in place for customers is just not business friendly at all, no employee interaction at all. This will hurt Quest in the long run. Don't even think of walking in, because they simply will not take you even if they're caught up. Get an appointment if at all possible. Don't even bother calling them, you will not get a person on the phone.Hopefully your doctor hasn't ordered a test to be done right away that day. They have screwed up my test in the past causing lost time from work. If I could choose another laboratory I would do it in a second but you basically only have two choices in this local market."

"This place was great! I had an appointment. I checked in online and let them know I was here online as well. Once I walked in and sat down, I saw my name already on the screen as “waiting” and never had to touch anything like for check in or anything. The staff were all wearing masks, their choice, not required. I had just gotten over a really severe cold so the masks actually were nice to see. The lady called me back within just a few minutes. I was done and leaving in my car within ten or fifteen minutes. Very clean and efficient and friendly place!"

"Mix review for me. First, Don't go for walk-ins. They don't do walk-ins. Quest is ending them slowly (staff told me).I could only manage a walk in, since its been appointment book for 3 weeks. I waited 4 hr., simple blood work & pregnant (28 weeks), and was not seen (for the secondtime for walk-ins). BUT , I kind of like the staff. They let patients know when they would closed. Acknowledge that they would get to you as soon as possible. Redirect patients to right local.Staff was ok.Overall, I wish they would have said more! Or took my blood after waited 4 hr. I was upset."

"Reasonably clean & easy parking.. Surprisingly slow & apparently a little short staffed. But still a very convenient location, and the technicians are incredibly sweet and helpful every time I come."
