"They sent 2 apt for one procedure. I accepted and confirmed the later apt. When I showed up to that, they no-showed me for not showing up to the other appointment. I showed them the confirmation for the appointment I accepted and they confirmed. They had scheduled me for both appointments though I told them I only wanted one, before they scheduled them. It is Saturday and no one in management does the weekends at UF."
