"Now you MUST have an appointment at this location. Desk agent was rude in updating. The walk- clinic is accross the street on the First Floor of the Dillon building. Its a dingy room, with poor air circulation and No visible staff."

"LOST OR DIDN'T PROCESS MY LABWORK!!!! Had blood drawn 8/16 to try and find an infection, now 8/22-NO RESULTS NO RECORD OF MY BEING THERE!!!! THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RESPOND TO ANY MESSAGES!!! HAVING TO WORK THROUGH ANOTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE ROUTE AND THEY AREN'T ANSWERING PHONE FOR THEM EITHER!"

"Well, they've stepped it up a notch or two since my previous visit. I would strongly suggest making an appointment rather than a walk-in though. The automated check-in feature saves a bit of time also. Be sure and have your ID and Insurance card or QR scan ready. And, if possible, have your lab request faxed in by your provider beforehand."

"They are Always behind schedule! My appointment was at 8:15. I wasn’t called back until 8:50 now two days later one set of my labs has not been posted to my PCP. I’ll never go back to this location."
