"Terrible experience. I booked an appointment for 7:20am and got there at 7:15. At 7:45, I still hadn’t been called back but two customers who got there after me got called back. There’s only a kiosk and no one to get a hold of on the phone. I had another appointment to go to so just left. What a waste of time."

"I don't think I have ever been seen on time here, and I think it is due to understaffing. I wanted to give 4 stars though because the staff that are here have always been very friendly and personable. I like that check-in for Quest can be done on your phone as well which cuts out waiting in line when you first get there."

"Check-in is fast and easy and you get called right away. Only one instance where they were behind, but most of the time, no more than a 5-minute wait time. Friendly service and not much pain with blood drawn. Download the app for easy access of your lab results. Appointments can be made on it too."

"I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews for this location. Check in process was simple and straight forward. I didn't have an appointment so I did have to wait a little bit after checking in. However, they follow a process of appointments first, followed by first come first serve (as clearly stated on their website and in the check in area). I was called in much sooner than expected. The staff are very pleasant, patient, and respectable. My phlebotomist, Ms. Regina, was so great, I didn't even feel when she inserted the needle. Excellent customer service and clean facility! I highly recommend."

"This location is horrible. The receptionist, Tawana, was so unprofessional and rude while she was checking me in. She became condescending and rude toward me because I came in as a walk in. There was nobody else in line and the place didn’t close for another hour, so I didn’t understand what her problem was. I understand appointments are prioritized but the walk in option is available and the waiting room was empty. She did not let me talk and instantly got an attitude with me whenever I tried to elaborate on the questions she asked me. The only good part of my experience was that the phlebotomist was very nice. However, the draw was rough and painful. The bathroom was also unsanitary and unkempt."
