"Been going to Pei Wei since it first arrived to Florida well over 15yrs ago. It’s gone through changes over time but it’s still delicious. The staff at this location are always cordial and helpful and I eat here 2x a week on average. The portions are more than enough for a normal person, the plates are always full and heavy, even the protein is a decent size, makes no sense to complain about that and they get busy here sometimes so sometimes the trash might be full but I visit often enough to know it’s not a common issue here. Usually order 2/3 plates and they’re always phenomenal. Orange chicken is amazing and so is the Mongolian steak. Most of the “complaints” are unwarranted and people nitpicking."
"I really don't understand it. What should be a nice dining room is now a complete dump. I'm certain Pei Wei corporate has no idea what's going on here. The food was okay/average, though strangely, it was burnt tonight. And so had the slight taste of burnt oil which was off-putting. Half the dining room tables had the chairs stacked on top of them. Half of those tables left were filthy and un bussed. The trash by the soda machine was overflowing. The banquette was covered in food. Oh by the way this was 7:00 at night. This place should have been primped and primed to receive a dining audience instead the spot has become a takeout joint looking like a hundred other cheap Chinese takeout spots. Certainly not a spot for date night or even to bring a family. What a shame for what used to be a nice spot."
"Pleasant restaurant with decent food. The portions will satisfy most people but not everyone. 2 of us had a tiny bit of our entree leftover, and 1 of us ate their whole entree and the leftovers. Great flavor and friendly helpful staff. Would recommend trying if you're in the area."
"1/11/2024 Always consistent no matter the location. Staff was friendly and store front clean. I'm not close enough to return often but I'd go back if the opportunity presents itself."
"Portions are small for the price. After ordering the food and given a number. We seated ourselves and waited approximately 20 mins to get our food. Even though it was not busy. Service could be improved. I found the chicken egg roll delicious however expect it to be greasy. This is the second time I visited in the last 3 months and my first experience unfortunately was similar to today. :("
