"On the evening of January 2nd, we visited this restaurant, attracted by the concept of Japanese BBQ. The restaurant looked appealing, and the hostess was very polite and welcoming. However, our smiles faded when we encountered our server, who was neither smiling nor friendly, despite noticing her engaging with another large table with a cheerful demeanor. My friend asked a question about the food but received no response. Initially, we ordered egg drop soup, which was delicious and highly recommended. Later, when we ordered calamari, the waitress immediately asked if we were ready to order our main course. We agreed, not anticipating that she would bring the main course while we were still enjoying our appetizers. The food sat on the table for a long time while we finished our starters. Usually, the main course is served after patrons finish their appetizers, but in our case, everything arrived at once, leaving a negative impression of the restaurant. While the food was not bad, it didn't evoke a "wow" factor. We typically leave 20% or more as a tip, but due to the subpar service, we left only 10% for our waitress. The owner of the restaurant is encouraged to ensure that the staff wipes sticky sauces from the tables as they were unpleasantly sticky, and there were no paper napkins on the table."
