"This place is AMAZING! I have never had a COVID test done faster. The women working up there are really friendly and are working diligently to get everyone through. Register ahead of time so it’s even faster. Would recommend to anyone needing a COVID test who does not want to wait in line for hours or get delayed results. Update: Came back to River Town today to get COVID tested for traveling and again, I had a really great experience! Brittany was super helpful and patient with answering all of my questions. Testing was quick and results were easy to access."
"Update: Someone reached out to me and offered to drive a test to my house with sincere apologies. I asked that instead they expedite my results when I came in for my rescheduled appointment the next day. They said yes. I got there, and it was a bit of a line, but it went incredibly fast. I was in and out in no time, and they kept their word and got my results back within about 5 hours. Technology issues are very frustrating, especially when you don't feel well, but they really went out of their way to make it right. Original review: Their website let me book an appointment that was presumably during their business hours. I drove all the way there only for it to be locked and no one answering the door. What a waste of time."
"My BF was tested at 9:30 am and they advertise same day turnaround, but it ended up being almost 24 hours later when they were finally sent, and only after he contacted them via Facebook chat multiple times. I get that they are probably swamped with work, but I think they should probably alter their timeline for delivery. Overall he said the staff was very helpful and friendly, just be warned if you need the results fast that you may be waiting a little longer than advertised on their website."
"I have been there twice now with my two children. While the kids were not at all Cooperative and my youngest did kick the nurse she was so understanding and kind about it. The nurse working the computer even helped me to get my oldest calm enough to get her test done. Y’all are wonderful and I have the utmost respect for what y’all do. Got our results same day and it wasn’t even a rapid test :)"
"My husband and I got tested on Wednesday in order to fly internationally on Thursday for our honeymoon in Italy. I got my results within 24 hours, but my husband did not. Due to this, we missed our original flight. My husband called this office 25 times with either no answer or a busy signal. I had to physically send my sister over to this office for answers. The people working there said my husband's sample had been run at noon that day and came back inconclusive. I asked if it was retested. They retested his sample at about 4:30pm, claiming the machine takes 2 hours to complete and it needed to be prepped again, which was over the 24 hours we were promised to see results in. They got us results around 6:15pm and we were able to catch our rescheduled flight at 6:40pm. The staff were nice, but makes me wonder what's going on over there. If I could offer an even better for this business, 1. Ask your customers what they need tested for (travel, work, just because) and prioritize what results are run when 2. If a sample comes back inconclusive, alert the person right away so they can make accommodations 3. Hire someone to answer the phone 4. Create a working email for inquiries or emergencies. Overall, this experience was not great."
