"I just ordered two dinner boxes and was first told to wait in the mobile order lane while we waited for almost 20 minutes I decided to go inside to then be told the fryer was broken and it would be another 10 minutes. I understand things happen but lack of communication from the staff was truly upsetting. Then as I am waiting for my food to finally be prepared an employee infront of me started to put his hands in the cinnamon twist that just got out of the fryer and put them in his mouth extremely disgusting and unsanitary I have never had such an uncomfortable experience at a food service location."

"Avoid this location. Mobile order won't even help you save time because they're illiterate. I am missing food and about 30 minutes of my time. Go to the one on highway 50 by CVS. BOTH locations on 27 are absolutely trash."

"The quality of food is pretty good. The speed of service is absolutely awful. It doesn't matter what you're ordering, it will take about 30 minutes for your food. I've been 4 different times all during various times of day and waited an eternity for my meals. And the entire time it feels like the workers don't want you to be there. I currently work fast food and can at least fake a smile for a customer."

"While this is one of the better Taco Bells in terms of food quality and consistency, this is the worst with regard to speed of service. When going through the drive thru, 90% of the time, they ask me to pull around to the parking lot to wait for my food. It doesn't matter the size of the order. This is merely to make them look better to corporate. Once you pull forward, there is no incentive for them to get your food out with any speed or efficiency."

"The food is great, building is new and clean but the staff are slow and sometimes out right terrible. I waited for more than 30 minutes for my mobile order. It's not an exaggeration either. I watched 4 cars get their food before me after I and the cars behind me were asked to park. This happened on three separate occasions. This particular Taco Bell lost my business, which is sad since I was so excited to have one so close to home on my way back from work."
