"Just under 13 dollars for a warm cheese burger fries and drink? Really??? Earing a paper bag is better. How do McDonald's stay alive not a good experience at all. Only went as im on the road and only place at the exit. Truly a miserable meal , sorry but its the truth"

"They always miss something, it’s usually my kids apple slices in the happy meal. Then they don’t answer the phone. I call no answer, 30 minutes later I call again, still no answer, and an hour later I call and still no answer! We usually get the kids a happy meal before heading out of town so I don’t have time to turn around, wait in line just tell to them they forgot something. Ridiculous that you can’t get what you pay for. This round they messed up all of my kids burgers and didn’t give them the apple slices. Unhappy kids on a car trip=unhappy parents."

"This was bad. I won't be back to this location. I mobile ordered ahead doublefish meal hi c and fries with double cheeseburger and 2 bacon doubles mayo only. We had pulled to the 3rd window to wait for about 10 to 15 minutes, and then as we were in a rush, we left to get home as the kids were cranky. As we're driving home, I open the bag, and the fries are cold. The burgers are cold. I'm thinking ok maybe they had to make the fish fresh, but no, that's cold and looks like a disaster as well. Very disappointing and a waste of hard earned money. I was to pissed to turn around and go to the process of getting a refund as out children were the priority."

"My boyfriend just went inside to order us some food 9/28/2023 at 9pm. To see everyone sitting around on their phones VAPING in the store. Like is that really what you let your employees do when it’s slow. It’s a law in Florida that you can’t vape inside stores or restaurants. So McDonalds I would think about who you’re hiring. Also the food was a huge mess out of the wrapper. And fries were cold. Also thank you for a receipt with no print on it to return the food"
