"Pretty disappointed. Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food stops. I’m pretty consistent with a grilled steak burrito or one of the boxes. I usually go to the Mount Dora TB and I’ve never been disappointed. Today I tried the Leesburg Taco Bell and it was not pleasant. 1) Cashier was texting on what looked like her cell phone when I got to the window. No greeting, just told me the price, took my card and shut the window. VERY DIFFERENT from the customer service quality in Mount Dora. 2) I had a hard time unwrapping the burrito because the cheese was burnt to the wrapper. What I could eat of the burrito didn’t have any cheese and part of the tortilla got ripped off taking the wrapper off because of the burnt cheese. Also, I wasn’t given any napkins, so the mess from unwrapping was less than pleasant. I think I’ll make the extra trip to Mount Dora if I get an urge for Taco Bell in the future."
