"Drive thru customer service isn't usually good and the staff can sometimes be rather rude. It's easy to put that aside though because my orders are always right and the food is almost always fresh. ☺️"

"We went late at night. Took forever to give the order, when they finally did take our order. They weren't the most friendliest. But there Dave's Double. Was amazing. So over all they were worth the wait."

"If i could give 0 stars, I would. Every time we go to this location there's an issue. But based on tonight alone is very disappointing to say the least. We were pulled up , even though there was nobody else in line. After being pulled forward, we expected hot, fresh food. But everything was cold. The fries, nuggets and burgers. 2 of our burgers were missing bacon with stale buns. I understand that sometimes it's a bad night. But, cone on Wendy's! Every time?"

"The lady manger was screaming at the employees, employees are scared of her terrible atmosphere waited over 20 min for food just to have the manger give me an attitude and be rude as hell will not recommend eating there or going there manger would not give me refund when asked after waiting forever for food never got food even after 30 min something needs to change manger is a loose cannon even saw cockroaches in the restaurant even had employees crying over a simple mistake that was okay because everyone makes mistakes lady also was being racist towards her employees and calling them racial slurs due to the skin color I’m talking about the black manger with the piercings even made my buddy puke when he found roaches in his food NEVER EAT THERE"

"If you’re actually in a hurry and intentionally choosing FAST food, don’t pick Wendy’s. I do love eating Wendy’s. However, the drive-thru here took 18 minutes with only one car in front of us! It was one guy and by the time we ordered after waiting 6 minutes, he had already received his food and left. We ordered a burger and chicken sandwich and it still took another 12 minutes of waiting. No one behind us. Didn’t order meals. Just the two uncomplicated things."
