"Well Arby's just lost a customer! As if the price isnt bad enough the quality and quantity is horrible! Hardly any meat in the classic roast beef, looked like the Arby's Jr. Also the taste was not good, barely warm and pieces tasted like rubber! 3 sandwiches 1 wrap and 1 med drink $23! I honestly would not feed this to my dog! Not to mention we waited for our cold food! Wish i could say this is just Arby's but honestly all fast food is the same anymore! Quality gone! Size quantity a joke, just overpriced food that has no nutritional value. Done!"

"We stood in line for almost 10 minutes not because the restaurant was busy but rather the cashier was busy checking her phone. She walked past the counter 4 times before she looked up to acknowledge the door dash driver reaching across the counter to get an order. It was only then that we were acknowledged and able to place our order"

"The food is usually always good, of course depending on who makes it and if they are rushing and / or care about if they are making it the right way or not. And the workers are normally very nice and greet you when you walk in the door. Sometimes, you can get a person who just wants to hurry you up and get to the next customer."

"It is very unfortunate that the Arby’s on Cortez in brooksville Florida @ 11:45ish in the morning on august 29, 2023 did NOT see an issue with the delivery truck blocking off handicap spots. It is in fact an ADA law violation as well as illegal according to s. 553.5041, unless the vehicle displays a disabled parking permit issued under s. 316.1958 or s. 320.0848 or a license plate issued under s. The lady behind the counter at said time and date did NOT see anything wrong with it. In fact and I quote “I didn’t know he was there” to a matter of mere minutes to “Oh, he does it all the time”. So which one is it?! Should I contact a lawyer?!"
