"Soup was missing and very little sauce on boneless wings for 1 sauce and especially for 2. I was told that the wings absorbed the sauce. He made a new order. I expressed a concern about his attitude and he told me that he corrected the order. I expressed that it was that the order should have been right the first time. He said that I was the problem and not to come back. The manager, Mike Sloan?, will get his wish. I have never been treated like this over a wrong order and will never be again by Chili’s!!"
"Our server was very attentive, you could tell he was having a tough emotional day, but was clearly working hard to make sure we had a good experience. By the end of dinner he was laughing and having a good time with us. Always good to have someone be so kind to my grandparents. Food was also very good, came out quickly and was nice and hot. Will be back"
"The staff was very friendly. The food came out fast and hot. And we had refills before we were done with our first drink. I would definitely recommend eating here."
"Had delivered. It came cold, no cheese as you see and hard. An the most important part no ranch. So at this point not even edible. I called the manager said she would call me back which I knew was a lie. Stating there were a few graduating parties that night which I also do not know what had to do with my issue. Regardless horrible experience."
"Had lunch here yesterday, 10.27.22 and the entire experience was excellent!!! The waitress was attentive and very accommodating to some additional requests. The young man that brought out the fajita dish went above and beyond with offering best suggestions for future visits. Good food and great service! Will definitely be returning next time I'm in town."
