"I left a review months ago. This restaurant was not good and the food and service was horrible compared to when we went a month before. I read many other reviews of other dissatisfied customers. I want to leave this new one to give mad props for this business listening to the reviews and completely doing a 180. I love the new management. My son and I decided to give Cicis another try and glad we did. I am impressed at the improvements and glad I wasn't disappointed for a second time. Thank you Cicis for correcting the bad management you had previously. We shall be back."

"So I dont usually leave reviews but there has been a huge improvement and had to acknowledge the location/manager. I moved to Spring Hill about 2yrs ago and have been going on and off but not very often due to the location being a little dirty and pizza not always hot out of the oven. My son that's 11yrs old even noticed how clean the restaurant has been the past couple times and how the food is always clean and hot out of the oven. They have a young lady as the manager there and it looks like ever since she has started the restaurant has done a total 360. You can tell she takes alot of pride in having the restaurant be presentable and clean for the guests. She always has a smile and will cook anything you ask for without any question. She makes sure the pizza is fresh and even checks that the spatulas are facing the guest every couple minutes. This place is doing great, keep it up."
