"The service has been great for me. Friendly servers and drive thru employees. The location is very clean and up to date. Overall a great experience. The food is average. It's not always fresh and the options have become really limited and boring. The prices are too high for what the food is and the proportions provided. But, I've had worse for sure."

"The food was perfectly adequate. Waffle fries are good, Nuggets rank in the same tier as Wendy's. The young lady who took our order was nice. The collection of bearded gentlemen didn't smile once between them, but that's okay. About $11 for the Nugget meal with free refills Dining room was clean for the most part."

"Real shame. We live nearby. Would love to come more often but the chicken is NOT cooked well. It’s chewy, not tender; hard crispy batter when is too crunchy on ends. We usually prefer to drive 1.5 hours to Ocala to the PDQ there because it’s like eating at a completely different place. We would also drive hour to the pdq in tampa and they are great as well. But the one here in Brooksville is so disappointing that after 4th time there we had to finally make a review and hope managers can figure out what issue is or maybe it’s us? :-) aside from that, the staff is friendly."

"I mean, I know this is a chicken place, and there are a bunch of good ones around, but I seriously love that they have military Mondays on the first Monday of each month. And the staff are friendly, it’s always clean, and the meals are always hot and fresh. You kinda can’t go wrong here if you want chicken."

"All round really great. The chicken was juicy and chicken-y. The batter on everything was amazing. The sauce flavors were very good. Waffle fries were preseasoned which should be a requirement everywhere. The cook probably needs a pay raise. I wanted more even though I was full. Service was quick and pleasant. Parking lot is a little tight because the drive thru is huge so be vigilant. Decent amount of parking and good amount of seating inside."
