"I just came back from having blood work done. Big shout out to Melitta for her professional, friendly and knowledgeable care. We had a slight issue, but she was tenacious and did not stop until the right solution was found! LabCorp, she is a keeper!"

"I went for routine bloodwork and previously scheduled for 11:15. I was able to witness Melita interact with the appointments before mine and she was professional, kind and efficient. She was the ONLY one working which I found odd compared to the amount of people waiting. When I tell you she was efficient…it was impressive. Everyone left with a smile on their face. I HATE having blood drawn because I am a hard stick. Melita has done my draws before and gets the vein on the first try every time. Between that, her efficiency and her pleasant conversation she is able to keep my mind off the process. After seeing the level of traffic that she was handling today, I can only hope that Labcorp has enough respect for Melita to get her some assistance. I would hate to see Labcorp lose a good employee or have negative review’s because they are understaffed. Melita should receive some type of positive recognition for her hard work. It is clear in how she treats the patients that she truly cares about their experience."

"Went to this location early on a Thursday for a urine drug screen. Almost no wait. The technician was polite and professional. She even had a smile for me at 730. I would definitely recommend this location"

"I went to this location of Labcorp at Walgreens and I did the 2 hour pregnancy glucose test, so I had to stay there for more than 2 hours (that's the time required by the test), the point is that during that time I saw how Melita who is the nurse and person in charge of Labcorp at this branch. She is AMAZING! she was super nice, and fast and profesional! I was very satisfied with how she did my test and how she manage the whole place super fast and friendly and multi task. I saw how people came and go during the 90 minutes. And she was taking one patient after another with very nice manners and friendly. I was honestly amazed of her."

"I made a reservation on their computer when I arrived at 7:48am. There were 3 people ahead of me. At 8:45am, new people arrived., however I knew I was next. I was wondering why it takes her over 20 minutes per patient to simply withdraw blood. Then the attendant called someone's name who came in after me. I told her that I was next, & she said she would call me after this patient. Then, she forgot again, & called another person in at 9:05. I asked her why she didn't call me in. She said "oh"... & promised to call me next. No consideration for those of us who have to get to work. So much for reservations. I gave up & left. She's absolutely clueless and truly needs to be fired."
