"I wish it membered the techs name to attribute this review to her, on Dec 8th I got blood drawn, 3 vials. I'm a bit scared of needles and blood so I have to look away and focus on breathing. I felt the lil poke in, but I didn't feel a single vial swap, nor when she pulled the needle out. And I'm hyper aware of that area as it's happening usually. I looked over when she asked for me to hold my finger on the gauze, thinking she was asking me to hold the needle, horrified, but it was already out. I've never had blood drawn by a single soul who is better at it. I can't imagine you can get better than where she's at with her proficiency. I wish I could personally hire her for my quarterly blood work."

"This place is fantastic. Staff are friendly and its clean and well run. There's a karate studio next door so you hear all the little kids whacking the wall while you wait."

"I have never had bleeding outside the needle when getting bloodwork. I don't know what the tech could have done to cause that but it was very concerning and uncomfortable. The tech yelled for help and no one came. I just sat there bleeding. I was also charged a fee, even though they accept my insurance. Never have I ever had to pay a fee. This was awful."
