"Tried to get a special MRI for my husband, the scheduler would never return our calls now over one month at this location.. this is terrible patient services. I have never ever seen this happen. I have now been on hold with the operator for 28 minutes. I wanted to lodge a complaint but that won’t happen unless I go in person. Terrible customer service. I’m disgusted."

"This isn't an actual radiology office at all! DO NOT PAY ONLINE OR PAY OVER THE PHONE. They have sent very "official" looking bills threatening collections for services already paid. Call you insurance company first. Call the hospital where services were performed first. You will discover that you HAVE NO BILL."

"Tell me how they said ins refused to pay when I called ins they had no knowledge of any of it and then the said ins denied claim. Which I know is false why would they pay 3.6m for a hospital stay and skip out for 119$ that was supposely billed within the first month being in the hospital. JOKE SCAM AND FRAUD."

"SCAM!!! WOULD GIVE THEM NO STARS DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENTS TO THIS COMPANY. I paid in FULL and then had them submit to my insurance since they FAILED to do it in the first place. Ive called them 8 times since then and they will not do anything to submit to insurance! They keep telling me its under review and a supervisor will call me but only received one call but no call back number and no response to my issue. They hang-up on you when you request a supervisor when you call in. Im filing claim with BBB. AGAIN THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!"
