"The people at Simon MD are polite and helpful, especially when issues arise either caused by the patient or the medical entity who sent you. In my case I left my wallet home and they helped me work it out so that I was able to keep my appointment. I observed other people who came in and their referrals/orders were incorrect and the staff went above and beyond in being part of the solution. The technician who did my ultrasound was upbeat, encouraging, and warm. For me to take the time to write a review is rare but I wanted to say thank you again, for your wonderful service."

Vince, who did my scan, has a wealth of knowledge and was able to answer any and all questions on what was about to happen. "Everything was great for my test. They had appointments available soon, the staff was very helpful on the phone and in the office. The office was clean and had a new looking and quiet CT machine. The wait for my test was short and the technician was polite and efficient. My test was not covered by insurance and the cost was competitive with other places."

"My appointment was at 9am & I actually got there exactly 9am & they still saw me which was great! The front desk staff was funny, kind, & polite. I was called back very quickly which was awesome. However, I think there was a student in the ultrasound room, which no one asked me if that was okay. It made me a tad uncomfortable. The ultrasound lady did her job. Wasn’t very personable or talkative but that’s okay. She spoke when she needed to explain something to me which was fine. She was a little rough when on my belly, making in an uncomfortable experience but nonetheless, the trip was worth it. I probably would go to a different location next time though"
