"As a local primary care physician who needs timely, thorough and accurate reports, I trust the radiologists at this place. The results of my patients' studies are consistently sent to me same day, which helps me tremendously in getting back to patients, because no one wants to wait on what their report may say. Also, as a patient, I was there late yesterday for a shoulder MRI. The staff have treated me exceptionally well. It was such an easy process to check in, pay, and wait for my study. I waited 2 minutes after check in for my MRI. Jeanette took me back for my shoulder MRI, made sure I felt comfortable, let me pick out my bluegrass station on Serious XM radio and put me in the tube. She constantly checked on me and let me know everything that was going on. Overall, I felt exceptionally well cared for and informed every step of the way. And I woke up the next day with my MRI report in my inbox. Congratulations, RAO, for a job well done. I hope my office can run as smoothly, efficiently, and thoughtfully as yours does."

"Scheduling is a joke. They schedule you without an authorization. Then when you go to your appointment they cancel it and make you think your crazy like you never had an appointment. Speaking with the manager will get you no where but a polite conversation basically telling you your wrong with a smile. Very disappointed, why schedule before getting authorization it makes no sense. I would rather them be honest and say Mrs… unfortunately auth is not complete we will need to reschedule you for a later date instead they cancelled me and gave me a different appointment without contacting me. Missed work, time and sanity. DO BETTER PEOPLE !"

"I’m writing this review on behalf of my grandmother who came here for a CT scan. She has colorectal cancer, so she had to get a rectal CT scan performed. Whoever the nurse was that performed this was unprofessional and should be fired. My family plans on filing a formal complaint with this company. First, she didn’t correctly lubricate the probe and then proceeded to force it up. My grandmother was left in so much pain and bleeding for days. They even had to give her a pad for her to wear when she went home, that’s how much she was bleeding. She had to get the procedure done again because they did it incorrectly here and of course went somewhere else where she had a way better experience. Where she went for the second time used a smaller probe and correctly lubed and inserted it, and she had minimal pain."

"I came here to have an ultrasound of my breast done, and I brought my daughter. NO ONE told me that she couldn’t come with me to the office. I get there, after I waited 30 minutes they decided to tell me I had to reschedule. If you have a rule about no kids, you should tell people when you call them, and when I asked why I wasn’t informed of the rule I was told the first time “if we don’t hear kids we don’t bring it up” and the second time “we only tell you if it’s brought up.” When I came back for my rescheduled appointment, I was laying on the bed getting my ultrasound, I asked the tech “when will my doctor get these results?” I was then informed that it would be 24/48 hours but their dr would be in to speak with me. I told the nurse “now I’m even more nervous” and she LAUGHED and said “I BET”. She should put herself in my shoes being on that table finding out she had breast lumps at 27 years old. The people who work here are unprofessional."
