"My 14 year old had a severe accident and the PA Did not set get hand right and she had to have surgery again! None of them act like they know what they are doing and due to their negligence my daughter had to have surgery twice! I will NOT recommend them find some place that knows what they are doing!"

"Walk in healthcare on 2nd floor. Staff is very nice. After you check in, they move you through the system pretty quickly, but thoroughly. I was seen by four different people. They collected information on me and took x-rays. Could not find a fracture on my leg from the X-ray, but apparently there can be a small fracture that does not show up in the pictures. The last person I saw was the doctor and he suggested I wear a leg support around my knee for the next week. Everything that was done made sense to me and was done quickly but efficiently. This facility is in Gainesville Florida, but worth the drive to me. I will follow up next week to see if my leg has gotten better. Would recommend this facility. I believe it is part of the university training program for health care workers. It was very refreshing to work with nice people with a good attitude. Got an MRI on my leg last week. So I came in today and doesn't look like there's any solution other than pain maintenance. I was given a shot in the knee by Amber, my medical person who helps me (because I don't know her title.) She is very nice and she gives a very painless shot. I like this place a lot. So glad I found it."

"Myself, my son and husband were in a very bad accident and my husband, my son's father passed. My son is 27, mildly autistic, learning disabilities etc. My son broke his pelvis and sternum. This doctor and his staff were over the top amazing. The surgery went so well that 2 weeks after screws placed, my son was walking and just totally amazing. Not only that. But the true compassion they showed with our loss was sincere and so appreciated. He has hands of amazing expertise and a true heart of gold. I worked with orthopedics and managed departments in hospitals for years.truly this doctor and his assistant truly are the best. Thank you to you all! God truly blesses his hands and knowledge."

"I’m new to Gainesville. I received a referral to orthopedics for my knees. I could not be more pleased with the care I received! Easy check in, I was called after waiting less than 5 minutes- had X-rays, met with athletic trainer and PA Wordes and had cortisone injections in both knees in one appointment. The injection was painless! Care-givers were pleasant, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They made sure I understood my options and I was out in about an hour. Next day I received insurance approval and scheduled next injection. I highly recommend this practice."

"We had the best experience here. I took my 90 year mother there for an evaluation after a fall on September 23, 2023. From the warm welcome at valet, to the easy to follow signs on were to go once we arrived, to the friendly team member getting on the elevator that pointed us to the check in desk, to the intake person who was so kind and helpful, to the team that looked at my Mom to the check out desk it was such a pleasant experience.
