"Tonight I had a craving for a Mexican pizza. My favorite Taco Bell meal. Usually a hit for me however tonight my pizza tasted like cleaning products. I also had a taco supreme and the sour cream tasted off. Hope I don’t get sick. Other than the food the service was fine."

"I’m not much on reviews, but I feel the need to speak my thoughts on our Niceville location. Tonight I stopped in because I saw the nacho fries are back. I dined inside & asked for a special accommodation & I received the best service I’ve ever had at any Taco Bell. The manager on duty (christy?? I think.) I can’t remember her name exactly, but she & her staff made THE BEST meal I’ve ever eaten from Taco Bell, and it really set the bar high for every other location. Please acknowledge her & the staff for some great, fast, friendly service. Not to mention, the food was freshly made. I am in a food coma now. THANK YOU!!! Christy - you made the best plate of food for me. If I worked there, that was exactly how I would have made it for myself."

"Poor management. Poor quality. Absolutely terrible. Need to fire managers and rehire new ones. Obviously they can not perform at a high enough level to perform job function. Taco bell fails at making tacos. Then they add a sticker to the hole in lid, leaving residue. Guess a call to the health department is due, cause if my food looks like this, I can only imagine how their back room looks. Learn to do your job. Absolutely pathetic. Update: taco bell can't sell tacos cause they ran out of meat... Definitely won't come back, 2/2 very disappointed. 2/06/23"

"It's clear that the negative reviews on here have not been addressed by the restaurant. I have been to this location numerous times, and each time gets a little worse. When you eat fast food in general, you don't have high expectations. You at least hope the food is edible. I placed a mobile order and waited 19 minutes at the stop sign for them to bring my order out through their bunny trail in the front landscaping. Since I waited so long, I was thinking "maybe my food will be fresh". Much to my surprise, the food was still soggy. I upgraded an item to add potatoes - no potatoes found. There was no meat in the crunchwrap, and the guacamole was sour. Just when I thought this place couldn't get any worse, they proved me wrong again. The only thing they're getting better at is getting worse."
