"Sad part I waited 23 minutes in drive thou. I get it everyone is short handed. The young man left the window open. The Team there was dropping the F bomb about 6 times.I Finally got my food my Double stack. fries and Nuggets was cold and old. What happened to the Culture here? What Happen to the food quality in standards?Someone from Wendy's home office need to come see what the deal is at this location. it's bad here!"

"If I could give this review a -10, that STILL would be too kind. The first thing that pissed me off was the fact that when I placed my mobile order, I SPECIFICALLY STATED that I wanted it through the drive thru. This Wendy's is the ONLY ONE that makes you come inside to pick up your order. If I have to come INSIDE, WHY even have an option to pick up in the drive thru? Next was the customer service. I walked in and there were SIX PEOPLE back there and they were ALL just standing around. The girl at the register was VERY irritated and seemed to be the only one working. Next thing was the time it took then to fix my order. I was inside 15 minutes waiting on ONE HAMBURGER. NOW, I'm REALLY pissed. And last but not LEAST, the bacon on my baconator was crumbled up bacon scraps. I didn't even take it back because Wendy's is already quite a distance away and I was hungry. It NEVER FAILS, just about every time I go to that location, they get my order wrong. I will not be going back to that location ever again."

"This is a typical Wendy's except for the area the store is located. It is not the best nor safest neighborhood to be in. There were homeless people in the restaurant and also outside the restaurant. The female inside was out of her mind, and outside the homeless were scattered around the parking lot. The bathrooms had homeless people camped out or something because they were locked up with homeless people going in and out. My two lady friends from Norway said they felt unsafe, and I do not blame them. The food was what is expected from a Wendy's, but if a female customer fears for their safety, the review must reflect that fear. I will never return to this restaurant."

"Waited thirty minutes at the drive though for my food. THIRTY MINUTES. That's insane. (And no, it wasn't that busy; the workers were just incompetent.) The fries were barely warm, and they didn't give me my drink. Literally the worst experience I have ever had getting fast food. Also, a panhandler was working the drive through line."

"There is absolutely no atmosphere, except for the extremely long lines and that’s due to the slow customer service. The food is pretty much like any other Wendy’s restaurant except when you’re sitting in line for 30 to 40 minutes you would at least expect to get some hot fries. I don’t think they allow you to eat inside at this location anymore but since you’ll be viewing the county jail from the window, you’re not going to be missing too much when it comes to the view. However, if you’re looking to get something fast to eat, this is not the place. if you’re looking for a Wendy’s to eat at, I would literally go to any other one, except for the one on Fairfield. if you think you’ll be on time to any event, I promise you’re going to be late if you stop at this Wendy’s. If your kids are screaming and crying that they’re hungry, this will be the last place you need to stop. If you are in a rush, don’t you dare stop at this Wendy’s. If you don’t have gas in your car, don’t stop at this Wendy’s."
