"It’s 940 on a Saturday morning. Not a soul is at the store. The outside says they open at 9. It’s me and an older gentleman waiting outside. Definitely not a good look. Feels like it’ll be this same with service inside. UPDATE: OMG. The lights are off but the door is unlocked. I called and no answer. The alarm is going off.. an older gentleman walked in and the products are open for taking. This is not a good look at all. Wonder if someone just quit on the spot."
"Went in there to get a watch battery because their web site said they change watch batteries. They had the battery and popped the back of the watch off and changed it. Then the fun starts. They could not get the watch put back together. They give it back to me in pieces and say maybe a jewelry store can fix it. They tell me at least they are not charging me for the battery!. I called the company CS line and they say go back to the store and they will refund the cost of the watch (20 bucks at Walmart). I go there and owner says he does not agree with the email corporate sent him and he will only refund half the cost. I call CS again with his new offer and they say go back and get the full refund. I go back and get the full 20.Never again will I use that place."
"The staff is fast and knowledgeable about the products. However, the wait time for your repaired item, is way too long for my taste. About one week for the first attempt and another week for the true fix. The first attempt to repair or replace my cracked.phine was a flop. The owner tried to pass off a face from a different phone onto mine. The indicator light on the face of my phone was blocked by the opening of the wrong phone face. And to make matters worse, he thought I should be happy to just have a phone to use. I will not be returning to this establishment."
"1) I didn't know a batteries & bulb store could fix phone screens 2) I thought "there's no way they can fix this hot mess of a shattered screen, no Home Button, LED issues on half the phone screen"... but they did! Chris was super nice, and my phone looked brand new in about an hour & a half! Great price, convenient hours (open at 8 am, not 10 am like others in the mall). Highly recommend!"
