"Mrs,Renee Cason was great. And the lady help too. They both help me out a lot. I was in a car accident. The person who hit me they had some crazy insurance. I went two different body shop.they wouldn't take the insurance. I call Putnam's Body Shop. Renee answer the phone. I told her what was what she said what's the name of the insurance. I told her, she say I call them in see could we get your car fix. She said you won't come in . We will schedule you appointment. I will work with you. She took care of me. From day one. "This is by far the best body shop I have ever taken any of my cars to! From the minute you contact them, everyone is so professional and helpful! Renee is amazing! She is extremely patient and takes the time to answer all your questions, explains everything to you as she walks you around your vehicle, and stays in constant communication with you throughout the repair process. My vehicle looked GREAT when I picked it up! Not only did the body work look really good, but the detail that was done on the interior and exterior of my vehicle looked amazing! Alyce who works up front and answers the phone was also very professional and helpful. She always made sure my messages got passed along to Renee, and if I stopped by to speak with Renee, she always went out of her way to go find Renee, or if Renee wasn't at the shop, to find out when she would be back or see if anyone else could assist me. Save yourself a headache and don't take your vehicle anywhere else (like I've done in the past). The people here are all about making sure you are happy with the finished product, not trying to cut corners or nickle and dime you for everything to make a profit."
