"I have been a customer of Ricky Jordan’s for over 15 years. Taken 4 different cars there but they literally played me and I was out of $400. I brought my car there because the sunroof was leaking back at start if 2023. They claimed they fixed. Advising that worse just needed to be reconnected. It was fine a for few months and then it started leaking again. I called them again and took my car back in. They charged me again to “fix” the leaking sunroof. This time it was that it needed to be blown out. This time they not only kept my car for 2 days I had to call just to get an update and I was told that they shouldn’t have even tried to fix my car the first time because that is not something that they do meaning work on sunroofs. Today what happens, the sunroof is leaking again. There is no way every few months I have to spend out $200 to get a sunroof fixed. My car is not even 10 Years old yet! I call today and was told oh you need to take it to an auto body shop they have the tools to fix it. While why was I not told this the first time before you all attempted to fix it. Now I am still out of more money to get something fixed that y’all “fixed” twice. I am upset with the service received. After being a long time customer they could care less that their work did not hold up. While this is my first issue with them it’s says a lot that my loyal means nothing as a customer to them. So this is a warning if you need your sunroof fixed do not go to them."

"After being referred to 3 different places that would not work on my ‘05 VW Golf GTI, I finally found this place. I had my new wheels rubbing on my brake pads due to wrong offset. They were able to grind my break pads as a temporary measure and did that in a very timely manner. Final work was good and communication on point."

"After spending a significant amount of money, totaling over $3,000, at Ricky Jordan's Auto, I found myself in a situation where I had to seek further repairs and services at Rick Hendricks Auto, costing me an additional $1,200. The service provided by Ricky Jordan's Auto had left several issues unresolved and required a thorough check-up. It's worth mentioning that during a conversation with one of the front desk workers, I was informed that the mechanic who worked on my truck had noticed a problem with the tailgate. However, this information was not communicated to me until I discovered it myself during an out-of-town trip when I realized that my tailgate no longer locked. In an attempt to address the issue, I returned my vehicle to Ricky Jordan's Auto, leaving it with them for over a week to rectify the problem with the tailgate locks. Unfortunately, even after this repair, I encountered another troublesome incident related to the services provided by Ricky Jordan's Auto. During a rainstorm, I discovered that my truck's tailgate was leaking, resulting in damage to the wiring and the growth of mold in the back of my truck. This was revealed when my truck alarm went off unexpectedly, prompting me to investigate and find the source of the issue. The leaking tailgate had saturated the entire carpet and was seeping out from the sides of the lights inside the truck. I contacted Ricky Jordan's Auto to inform them of this new problem, and their response was to bring the vehicle back in for further repairs. However, given my previous experiences where each visit resulted in a new issue, I declined their offer. Instead, I decided to take my truck to Rick Hendricks GMC to have them address and repair the ongoing issues. As someone on a fixed income, this entire ordeal has been a significant financial setback, and I am truly disappointed with the service provided by Ricky Jordan's Auto."

"Ricky Jordans let my car run hot which blew off my brand new radiator hose and broke my temperature gauge. They plugged one of my vacum lines with my valve cover pin. My car had just came from another shop having the cam and heads replaced. They ran my car for 45 minutes in front of me and it never ran hot or blew off the radiator hose. Ricky Jordans left the fluid on my engine which destroyed the finish on my tstat house ,valve covers ,carburetor, intake and air breather which were all new from Summit Racing. Fluid sat on there so long it started rusting at the seem of the valve covers.I drove the car there so even if the line was to blow off why didn't hit happen when I drove and that would not of blown my temperature gauge. I also never received a call about any of this when I came to get them car i was informed I had been charged for a 44 dollar radiator hose as well as 33 in coolant. Which in total was $450 . Most of all the owner im guessing tried to tell me the car never ran hot. It is in another shop now making sure they didn't do any more damage. Terrible experience. Will have to have this rectified threw other measures. I wish I could give zero stars but save yourself the hassle of dealing with these guys i should of went somewhere more professional. Ps the car was only there a week."
