"I have used this particular Gerber shop on 3 separate occasions with 3 different cars. Each time my car was repaired to meet my expectations even when I was caught in a bad hail storm that left over 100 dents on another older Accord I owned. Gerber made all dents disappear and without needing to paint the car. Also, during my latest visit Gerber repaired my rear ended 2020 Accord Sport and now it looks like new again. When they finish repair, if the repair don’t meet your expectation they will make it right before your car leaves the shop. I was texted regularly about the progress of the work. Whenever I called with a question the person assigned to my car always returned my call in timely fashion. They were genuinely concerned about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend the Gerber at this location at 7115 Oak Ridge Pkwy, Austell GA; I can only speak about this location as I’ve been here on 3 seperate occasions."
