"I got my vehicle back from them after they promised that the work they did would be done rigjt and get mre back on the road. They wanted me to pay up front for a pcm computer module. I paid $1,200 for the part and labor and when i went to pick it up they tried to sell me a new engine. They wouldnt refund my money and didnt seem to care that the mechanic misdiagnosed my vehicle. So i had to get a uhaul to tow trailer and take my vehicle home. It wouldnt even turn over at all. They screwed me over big time. They couldnt even tell me what was wrong with it at that point. John Bleakley ford in lithia springs Should be able to diagnose their own make and model vehicles, wonder if the mechanic was even certified. My vehicle was a 2005 ford ranger. Never had engine problems. I asked for a fuel filter and they wouldnt install one. When i asked for them to do that since i thought that was what the problem was originally. Guess i will have to try fixing it myself. Cant trust businesses like that , that wont even admit fault and then want to install a whole new engine but wouldnt guarantee that would work either. Other people seem to have had similar bad expensive Failure there as well. Just look up the reviews On their website. Wish i did before i entrusted them with my money. Especially when they wanted it up front . dont let them get u like they did me ."
