"So! We were leaving South Atlanta, GA, and we hit a hole in the road that bent both of our rims in such a way that the air leaked out immediately. We thought the tires had been damaged. After hours in the cold with an infant, we were able to get home! The tow truck driver referred to this shop, so we said why not. The gentleman correctly diagnosed, and FIXED our problem! As it happened, we didn’t need new tires! He expertly fixed our bent rim, and literally saved us hundreds! Service: 10/10 Customer Service: 11/10 Price: 12/10 Friendliness of Staff: 10/10"

"I had a really hard day, yesterday. After a trip to the landfill, I found myself with a popped tire. I thought I could make it home, but 1/4 mile away, I had to abandon that hope. I tried to change it myself, but ended up bending my jack. THREE roadside assistance helpers later, I finally got my spare on and made my way to Walmart--who made me wait an hour to tell me they were out of my tire. Resigned, I made one last attempt and headed to the Tire Depot, which was on my way home. After a 6 hour ordeal, with two toddlers in tow, these guys were such a breath of fresh air. They were sweaty and tired looking after what appeared to be a very busy day, but they immediately hopped up, greeted me at my door, and offered me a tire at a reasonable price. But when I got my old tire out, they thought it would be worthwhile to fix. They immediately got to work, found the hole, patched it, and had me on my way home within 10 minutes! They showed concern for my children (who also had a long, hard day) and charged me VERY reasonably for the patch. The nice guy also told me that if I were ever in a similar predicament, to give him a call and if he could get away, he'd come rescue me. How kind is that? I am so grateful for some kindness and speed after spending my entire afternoon dealing with such a mess. It was truly the only positive part of my day. They definitely have my business for all future tire needs."
