"I walked in at noon on a Friday. 1100 miles away from home with my dog. I had been limping my van from Florida stopping every 10-20 miles and knew that wasn't sustainable anymore. I had a basic understanding of where the problem was but no clue what was causing it. The shop got me in and out by 5 pm which is saying a lot since most shops (Stephens included) are scheduled weeks out. A little on the high end for pricing but worth it. On top of all of that the customer service is amazing. Professional, kind, friendly, knowledgable, and checked on us multiple times bringing me a chair/water/etc. Extremely satisfied customer over halfway home now thanks to them."
