"We have a cabin in Blairsville, Georgia that had a bathroom water leak that caused quite a bit of damage. The cabin had not had anyone in it for months....the wooden floors were black with mold and there was extensive damage. Our deductible was $7,600.00. After sending a rep out to assess the damage our insurance company assured us that the damage wasn't even close to that amount so it would be futile for us to put in a claim. Yeah, well that was ridiculous so we contacted Claim Concepts. They were awesome to work with. The claim ended up being $28,000.00. Big difference!! I would recommend using Greg and Eric at Claim Concepts any time you have an insurance problem. They were both so patient and helpful!! Hopefully we will not need to hire them again, but would in a heartbeat if needed!!"
