"I’m a previous worker there and the director Tanya is very unprofessional and she underpays her staff! I don’t recommend anyone enroll there kids here. She doesn’t even know quality rated cleaning policies. She puts kids in harms way, anytime I tried to clean and keep the toys out harms way for the infants she insisted I keep the toys scattered on the floor. She has 1year olds and infants in the same room! She doesn’t respect her staff at all . The center is flooded. She only has 3 classrooms open and the child to teacher ratio is way over."
"I really hate this daycare, I went there when I was 9 years old I am now 11 years old, and it has been an horrible experience. She would yell in kids faces and drag them by their arms. Little kids would play when they got in trouble they would sit in a corner by themselves while everybody is having fun. Horrible food and it should not be qualified to feed to children. I JUST WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DAYCARE!!!!!"
"Unfortunately I was unable to give this daycare 0 stars. I have been patient with the Director Tanya Hayden who has been extremely unprofessional. I suppose she called herself telling me off today. So the only full timer(Sonya) at the center tells me that during the week of Thanksgiving if my kids didn't come for the two days they were open I didn't have to pay. Mind you that if the kids go one day you typically pay for half the week, which I totally get. However, Tanya would make exceptions as she sees fit. During the week of Thanksgiving I made arrangements and my kids didn't go, so of course I didn't pay. So on 12/6/19 at 6:30am she calls her one full timer(Sonja) to tell her to tell me that I didn't pay the week of Thanksgiving. Well being that Tanya had seen me I don't know how many times since, she could have easily had that conversation with me. I would have politely told her what Sonja told me. According to her only full timer who pretty much runs the daycare she can't keep employees at the daycare because she doesn't know how to talk to them. I walk in the daycare within the past two weeks and my kid(1 year old)is lifeless and she immediately says to me that he must have been sleepy because he's been like that all day. My child was running a fever and burning up. Due to staff shortages, teachers constantly quitting the teacher/child ratio is never compliant. The center doesn't have the teachers to properly care for the children. I have been searching and touring centers because as a parent the last thing you want to be worried about is your child while you are at work. So I started a new job. I show up to the daycare and no one is there. Sonja shows up 20-30 minutes later. Tanya's response is oh Im sorry there was an accident. I totally get it but would she get it if I was short on daycare fees. NO, my point exactly and I wouldn't expect her to. The lack of unprofessionalism is unreal. Not to forget to mention that the one full timer complains to the parents about Tanya and is contemplating quitting every other week. Other issues: A temp worker attempted to give me a whole baby that wasn't mine. Granted you have to have a code to get in. I would like to think no one would take a baby that doesn't belong to them but who knows with this crazy world we live in. Point being it's unacceptable! Having toddlers and infants all in one class. Having the school age kids in class with the pre k kids without proper supervison. Marks on my child at the hands of another child that are unaccounted for due to the lack of supervision. As parents we do the best that we can. I've been looking for a daycare as the issues have gotten worse. As of today, my children were "kicked" out as I tried to express the level of unprofessionalism at her center. I guess I should have known that conversation wouldn't go well. It all worked out though. I hope this helps parents."
"If you put your child in this daycare you have to be crazy ….they literally hire people that will work for 9 dollars an hour. Needless to say that for that amount of money you are not getting quality and I will not take that chance with anyone that I love. I have watched so many thing take place that should be consider illegal. I have complained to the state and I will continue to complain until this daycare is shutdown SMDH. n Mrs. Tanya the Director should not be allowed to be around any children. Period"
"I wish i could rate the business and business owners separately. The educators there are awesome, Ive had the pleasure of speaking with all of them individually. Tentative to the children and there needs. Its a fairly new center so the classrooms arent overcrowded and you dont see a `cluster of unnecessary toys and such.My child attends the toddlers class, Ms. Sanchez is awesome!!! However the owner or boss is a very NICE NASTY individual, she has horrible mannerism from my view. IF she is in the facility you may see her and maybe not. Most of the time she has a disgruntled expression about herself . HORRIBLE , she has abruptly shouted my personal account information at me while other parents were present. RUDE! As I was signing my child in one morning I observed her yelling down the hall at the older children "GET OFF THE WALLS" and they didnt move fast enough I assume, as she waited strenuously wit her hand on her waist. So she sharply instructed the teacher to remove them 'CLUTCH PEARLS" seesssssh.... She needs to adjust herself accordingly if she wants to attract great clientele. There is a mix as of now, but doing well. I would suggest daily sheets for those classrooms, I dont want to have to ask the same basic questions about my childs day, specially for toddlers. That way you could attach my payment notices "easy right!" Secondly, at least get someone at the front desk part time along with a formal convenient way to make your payments and a self keep of attendance. As of now this facility is the best thing on this side of town with in 15 miles. The business will attract what is put out, thus far all is well, but if she keeps that attitude ahead of all, this will be another daycare, academy, school etc.. With just a nice name. GOOD NIGHT"
