"I had a horrible experience when I returned my rental on 02/11/2024 around 9:40 A.M. As I was driving behind the car in front of me, trying to get as close as I could, the lady working the drive up started yelling at me and got beside the vehicle and told me to pull forward more. I had no issue with this request and know they like the vehicles to be quite close. It was her disrespectful tone and unprofessional customer service that shocked me! She had the worst attitude which was completely unnecessary. After I positioned the car the way she liked she made some snarky remarks and rolled her eyes, then to make matters worse she repeated the same gestures as she came by the driver side window. I was embarrassed and humiliated as this happened in front of other Hertz customers. I didn’t have time to speak with a manager about her behavior since I was trying to make my flight. The interaction was uncalled for, especially for a simple request. Seriously considering avoiding Hertz altogether after this incident!"
"The gentleman at the front desk was such a good help and very patient with explaining to me everything that came with renting the car. Upon returning the car I needed a paper receipt. I went to the outside desk and Tywanna was very happy to get me what i needed. She went over and beyond. I truly admired her customer service skills. If you need a rental in the Atlanta area i highly suggest HERTZ the airport based facility. The process was smooth and will be a returning customer!"
"This was my first time reverting with hertz and it was great. Our plane landed early which means we had to pick up our car earlier (almost a hour early). The desk agent was nice and quick about our check in even at 12am. We were actually given an upgrade from the car we chose. Drop off was easy and quick and Also the shuttle at drop off was a nice end to our long trip. We will be renting again."
"I enjoy renting from hertz. The process is pretty seamless, the staff are helpful and most of the transaction can occur online before arrival with a pretty quick pick up. This particular hurts, however there were a few things I noticed. I rented an electric vehicle and noticed that when I got inside there was something shiny on the steering wheel, a Target receipt under the passenger seat and the battery was charged at 64%. The attendant on the exit told me that Hertz does not look at the inside of the vehicle, which was interesting. Otherwise, the vehicle was clean, it was free of any external damage. I was told that I needed to bring the vehicle back at 60% or higher or I would be charged a $35 charging fee upon return. The battery seemed to drain relatively quickly, though I have very little experience driving electric vehicles. It could be that I was driving it incorrectly? If you haven't rented a Polestar before, there are a few things to note. The navigation is not really intuitive. A plus is that you get directions both on the screen in the middle of the console and just below the steering wheel where you normally see the speed limit the odometer things like that. It provides a very smooth ride with customizable creep, and side mirror adjustments."
"This location was very fast to move through the check in and get out on the road. Both employees I worked with even I had to get a replacement car were very friendly. I real issue here is with Hertz roadside assistance. I rented a Model Y, I had no problems with the car till Wednesday when at a supercharger the car notified me of a flat. I pulled out of the super charger to the target lot to see what was going on. I indeed has a flat. I ran into target to see if I could get a pump since there isn’t a spare 2 min before they closed. I tried to pump the time but to no avail so I called Hertz roadside assistance this was at 10pm. The person I talked to was very nice got everything set up and said to stay with the car. Well at 4am the tow truck driver finally arrived. Yea 6 hours later I sat there with the car. The driver said they should have offered an Uber to come get me and swap the car out. I should not have been waiting. When I got to the office they said nothing, they didn’t even have the same Model available so I said I don’t care just give me a model 3 I need to get to my hotel to get the literal 45min of sleep before I needed to be back at the office. I am not sure who to report this to but being stranded for 6 hours because of a flat is unacceptable for anybody."
