"I have been coming here for years and the prices went up and quality has gone down. Will not be returning. Today I went in to get a natural pink set, something very simple. It doesn’t require a lot of technique just powder. The gentleman doing my nails ignored my request to adjust shape and length and took a ton of shortcuts. When I expressed my concern at checkout the manager/ receptionist told me “not every tech is trained on this style”. This is an unacceptable response for an $80 service. She then said if I wanted them fixed I would have to pay for them again. After a lot of back and forth she finally agreed to fix them. There are better salons to go to especially at this price point. For an $80 acrylic set, you can quite literally go anywhere else."
