"I love the nail service I receive from Kelly and her husband. She does my manicure and her hubby does my pedicure and together they keep me looking fresh! I’m glad they’re in the neighborhood. They are friendly and great at providing clean and comfortable nail care."

"Emily Nails is very knowledgeable about manicure without ingrown toenails within a week of your manicure. The best pedicure experience I’ve had! I’m excited to recommend it to my friends and family due to their fantastic service and craftsmanship. The staff members are knowledgeable about the benefits of regular nail care, including improved nail health and overall well-being. They are always striving to do a great job to make sure you're satisfied. GREAT experience! I'm not from this area so I just went here because it was the only nail salon with reviews."

"Went to Emily Nails today and am very satisfied with my nails! As always, the gel nails are beautiful and one of the best manicures I have had in a long time. I have been here a total of about 5 times and have had a great experience each time. They are gentle and careful when working on your nails, prioritizing your comfort. Prices and service are top notch, trust me I'm very picky."

"Zero stars !!!! Avoid wasting your time at this place! I had an extremely unpleasant experience. My gel manicure barely lasted 2-3 days, and it's quite frustrating. When I went in for a gel manicure on Saturday, the woman at table number 1 neglected to file or cut my cuticles. Instead, she hurriedly painted my nails, claiming my cuticles were fine. It would have been better if she had at least soaked or filed my nails. She seemed rushed and eager to move on to other customers, despite my patient wait of over 40 minutes. Moreover, she didn't provide a hand massage, offer lotion, or even advise me to wash my hands. Shortly after, she hastily ushered me to the pedicure station, where she had just finished working on another customer's feet. To my dismay, the used bag in the station hadn't been replaced, and the dead skin and toenail clippings from the previous customer were still there. The nail technician expected me to put my feet in the same bag, along with the dirty towel containing nail clippings. I was on the verge of leaving at that point! When I confronted her about it, she acted as if she hadn't realized she had just finished with someone else's feet in that same station. I deeply regret spending $80 on a gel manicure and pedicure because the service was absolutely terrible. Now, I'm desperately searching for a good nail salon in the western Atlanta area, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to find any satisfactory options."

"I tried them for the first time last weekend. The service was nice, they seated me quickly. I got a full set and gel polish. 4 days later 3 nails popped off. It’s like they were press on with the sticky tape. And two were about to come off. They allowed me to come in a replace them which I’m grateful for. The nail tech made it seem like it was my fault. I’ve never had nails just release them selves after a few days. Two nails were also loose and about to come off. He glued them back on. The shape of the new nails are very different and the glue is super obvious. The tech rushed the repair. My hand I’m not sure if I’ll return. If I do, I’ll request a different tech. At least they were kind enough to. It charge me because now I have to fix my nail shape and figure out to make the glue less noticeable. Smh"
