"This is my second time coming here since the salon has changed ownership and I hate to say it but I don’t think I will be coming back. The first time was fine and my tech Anna ( I believe she is a co-owner) did a good job and she was quick. I think what I got ( a fill in with French tips for $90) was over priced…but hey, what isn’t over priced these days. The real reason I will not be coming back is because last week I went in for a manicure and full set and she literally cut several of my fingers multiple times. My fingers have been stinging for days and every time I wash my hands or put hand sanitizer they burn. I left the salon with my fingers bleeding and she barely acknowledged/apologized. She first cut me with the nail file and then the drill and on the worse cut, she told someone in the salon to bring her something in a green bottle (context clues, I don’t speak the language) and she rubbed it on my finger without even explaining what it was, what she was doing etc. (I looked it up later online and it is something to stop bleeding) I find that to be pretty terrible customer service and with a cut like that I do think she should’ve been more apologetic and taken something off for literally causing me bodily harm. My manicure looks disgusting from the poor work on her part and I have rough scabs on my nails from the cuts healing. I do hope they do not get infected but I doused my hands in alcohol after leaving. I will say I like the vibe here and I appreciate the diversity of the staff. The location is relatively easy to get to once you know where you’re going. I may try one of the other techs once I heal but I’m a little nervous to go back if that’s how the owner does manicures."

"I’ve been coming this salon for quite awhile now and Sarah always does amazing work on my nails. She pays attention to details that other nail techs don’t and always executes and surpasses my expectations. Every design that I show her, she somehow makes them even more beautiful than the reference photo. She’s also very sweet and actually takes the time to talk to you and doesn’t put on fake conversation. My nails also have never lasted longer going anywhere else. I would choose Sarah over 1,000 nail techs!"
