"I made an online appointment for make up services. I received an email stating that some one would call and confirm the appointment time. No one ever called me to confirm the appointment time. I then called and no one answered the phone, so I left a message. I took a chance and just showed up anyway, as the appointment time was for the first appointment time slot for the hours of operation. Sat outside for 5 minutes, no one showed. Called again, no one answered. I was disappointed because I’ve done business with them sporadically over the last 15 years."
