"Why every bag of dog food is been put in the wrong price on the shelf and I was treated very rude as if I didn’t matter. People already out here living in poverty and folks wanna make stuff worst than what it has to be we should be trying to see about each and treat each other right it just don’t make sense!!! Very disappointed!!! Family Dollar need to train they supposed to be managers better than the suppose to be manager lady name spelled sum like MeDoE or whatever here name tag said looks like a baby decorated it"

"The only reason they didnt get 5 stars is because their products arent properly priced. Sometimes the shelf sign may say its $1.25. You go to the register and it may actually cost $1.50."

"This store is always neat and clean. The parking lot is always jacked up. About a month and a half ago I bought a oscillating fan from the store, I did not open the box up until a month later, there was a piece missing. Of course the receipt was long gone but I took the fan back to the store I was told that they could not refundnd me or exchange the fan without a receipt. I called family Dollars headquarters and told them that a piece was missing. Someone did call me and ask me if I bought the fan and was there a piece missing and I said yes and I was told that someone would call me again. No one ever called me again. You know, many places will refund your money or exchange the product, that is $20 that I spent for a fan that I cannot use. You would think that as many times that they are robbed they would want to keep a customer. Next time I purchase something in a box I'm going to open it before I buy it."

"This is best Family Dollar store around, if not just Macon maybe the whole State. They have a great team of employees. Most of the customers are regulars, they are known by name. This store is not in the most affluent side of town, but with a team like this people pass other Family Dollar stores just to come to this one."
